🌳Wilderness Yoga by The Lakes🌳 Open Day 💛Saturday 1st June 2019 🌞
With so much on offer at 🌳 Wilderness Yoga by the Lakes, we are starting with a reduced timetable and adding extra sessions and activities from the beginning of July 2019 .
Lots of yoga and meditation including pregnancy yoga, parents and kids, conscious parenting workshops, healing the gut and micro biome workshops, crystal healing meditations...or just come along to a full moon meditation and small informal group chats on various current issues...sitting around our lovely fire pit or on the outdoor decking with lake view or in the pretty marquee if its raining...in the hot summer months try paddle board yoga and meditation!
Wilderness Kids 🌞Summer Camp🌞
fun outdoor yoga, music and dance, creative arts using nature, meditation under the crystal willow tree and so much more!
These sessions simply encourage children to connect with their lightness and laughter in order to feel the spaciousness around them... they soon realise that the same spaciousness exists inside of them.
Teaching the children to use the power of their breath to release worry, fear, anxiety and sadness and enable the children to stay as free and happy as they truly are.
Age 6+ Spaces limited to maximum 15 children per session

We will miss all the children that are moving to secondary school and I wish them all the best.
