Brought to you with love and the mindful intent to bring our community together💛.
Founder of Yippee Yoga and IYN registered yogi elder, MariaElena Cusick, brings over 25 years’ experience to the picturesque lakes.
The aim of the setting is to deliver the ultimate yoga and meditation space, for those looking to indulge in lush rustic surroundings and to simply connect with the gentle healing power of nature.
Set in the Nature Reserve in Little Paxton, St Neots, with beautiful views of wildlife, lakes and willow trees, this setting provides a much-required space to rediscover the stillness within you, restoring harmony and radiating love.
🌳Wilderness Yoga by the Lakes🌳 will run daily yoga sessions for varied abilities and ages, during the Spring and Summer months. We will also be holding weekday and weekend meditation sessions alongside workshops for children and young adults.
Come and experience a 'parents and kids' yoga session or a 'conscious parenting' workshop or restorative yoga for the back, crystal healing meditations...or just come along to a full moon meditation and small relaxed chats on various current issues...sitting around the cosy fire pit or the outdoor decking or the pretty marquee (great for rainy summer days)...in the hot summer months, try paddle board yoga and meditation!
Wilderness Kids 🌞Summer Camp🌞 all summer long...
for fun outdoor yoga, music and dance, creative art expressing through nature, building meditation teepees, healing under the crystal willow tree and so much more! The summer camp will be a fab place for your child to connect with their lightness on a daily basis understanding the power of breath-work to release worry, anxiety, fear and sadness to enable the children to stay as happy as they truly are!
